Membership in MRPA is easy and the benefits of are "endless".  Existing members will receive annual renewal notices from central services.  New members are invited to join by downloading the membership application and submitting your completed form today.
 
 
 

Membership Categories

 

Agency $125*

An agency may enroll up to five employees/board members for one fee. Additional members may be added for a fee of $15.00 per person.

 

Commercial $100*

Commercial members include business organizations which provide services and/or products to the parks and recreation field. Commercial membership includes 2 individuals. Additional members may be added for a fee of $15.00 per person.

 

Professional $35*

A professional member is one employed full-time and year-round in a recreation or park-related organization or in the therapeutic recreation filed.

 

Associate $25*

Associate membership is open to people employed part-time and/or seasonally in a recreation, therapeutic or park-related field.

 

Citizen/board $5*

Citizen/Board membership is open to individuals serving as volunteer members on a community Parks & Recreation Board, Commission or Committee.

 

Student $5*

A student member is one enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in recreation, parks, therapeutic recreation or leisure studies at a university or college.

 

Friend $10*

A Friend is an individual not employed in a recreation field who wishes to support the MRPA.

 

Retired Professional $10*

This category is open to individuals retired from the field of recreation, therapeutic recreation, parks or other leisure services.

 

*Note: All memberships are valid January through December. Fees are not pro-rated. Annual fees must accompany registration.
